How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our Portugal & USA fulfillment centers. Worldwide delivery in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Where do you ship to?+
Worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $200 USD. Duties and taxes for international orders may be collected at delivery.
How do your sizes run?+
Our pieces are designed oversized. If you want a less boxy fit, size down. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.
What's your return policy?+
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Are restocks happening?+
We work in chapters. Most pieces are limited and won't return once sold out.
Where is ELEMENTOS made?+
Small-batch production in Portugal and Turkey. We work with manufacturers we know by name.
How do I track my order?+
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also enter it on our Track page.
